Washington Capitals are returning home after a three game road trip and they are hosting the game against the Toronto Maple Leafs tonight at 7:00 PM in Verizon Center. Gamecenter.nhl.com and espn360.com have NHL live stream online, so you can watch the game.

The Capitals won two out of three during their four day road trip. The victories came against the Atlanta Thrashers and the Florida Panthers, whilst they lost against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The three games were all very entertaining, including lots of goals. The Capitals scored a total of 17 goals in those three games, but they also let in twelve, much because of the Capitals struggling goalies. José Theodore and Michael Neuwirth have been playing many games because of the injury on Simeon Varlamov, and the goalie spot has been weak this year, allowing tons of cheap goals.

The Toronto Maple Leafs are still in the lower bottom of the Eastern Conference, but they are coming from a win against the Philadelphia Flyers. Vesa Toskala shut out the Flyers, and won the game with 4-0, saving 38 shots. The game was played yesterday, so the Maple Leafs are going back to back, and have to step it up and hope to have some energy left after the game last night. Toskala is probably not starting, so Jonas Gustavsson is most likely going to stand between the pipes against the Capitals tonight.

This matchup promises a great game with a lot of goals. The Capitals are the best team at home in the NHL, and the Maple Leafs let in 3.9 goals overall on the road. Over 5.5 goals in this game will give you 1.55 times your bet at Expekt, but I would bet on Capitals instead. They are huge favorites in this game, and I think they will take a comfortable victory. Capitals to 1.68 at Betsson, and you can watch the game NHL live stream at espn360.com or gamecenter.nhl.com.
